Hotel Eco Via Lusitana (Madrid, Spain)

With its proximity to Madrid-Barajas Airport that's a few minutes' drive away; most guests found it good value for money. Staying at the hotel proves very convenient especially if you have an early flight.  At the nearby San Francisco Metro Station, guests can connect to other parts of the city.

Guests were pleased with the conditions of their rooms. The rooms are large, very clean and well-maintained. The ever present housekeeping team is always devoted to its duties as they often do a thorough cleaning.

Members of staff at the hotel are always in good spirits. Their ever smiling faces make them approachable and guests feel welcomed and comfortable. All issues are handled well and efficiently. They are always ready to lend a hand.

A number of guests complained about the lack of entertaining channels. Most complaints were raised by English speaking guests who  were disapointed with the fewer choices available. Most of the channels accommodated Spanish-speaking guests.

A number of guests have complained that the fees requested upon using the car park a bit high. The pricing also proves to be confusing as guests are not quite sure how much they should pay.

A few guests have complained about the air conditioning. Some thought the units were not performing as expected. Others got very upset with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became very hot.
