Aside from the exceptional and wide variety of breakfast food, guests also love with the ‘kickback hour’ offered where they serve free drinks and light dinner which starts at 5:30p.m. Free drinks and popcorn are also served from 3p.m-10p.m, which are included in the price or package.

Guests speak well of the exceptional and high level of professional assistance rendered by the staff. The front desk, breakfast servers, and housekeeping team were all very friendly, helpful, and respectful. They even went out of their way to provide the needs of the guests.

Central location in Fenton
Due to its accessible location that was near major highways, the guests are very satisfied! The hotel also offers easy access to the Interstate, restaurants like Denny’s and Cracker Barrel, and all other major tourists attractions within the area of St. Louis.

Poor quality of the beds
Guests had some issues with the quality of the beds and mattresses. The beds were too soft and small, which were quite uncomfortable for adults. The actual mattress had protruding springs so most guests had a hard time sleeping properly.

Issues with the pool area
Most guests were disappointed with the indoor pool area, saying that it was small and not sufficient for all the guests. Other guests also had issues with the level of chlorine that was too strong! In addition, pool area was often crowded, while pool operating hours needed to be extended.

Rooms’ soundproofing needs to be improved- noisy!
Due to the noisy ambiance of the hotel, guests were dismayed! Most of the noise was coming from the large number of kids playing within the pool area and group of individuals who were talking loudly within the hallway or from the adjacent rooms.
