Negative Reviews
negative:
Constant pitter-patter of little feet
The hotel is quite popular with vacationing families with children. Some guests who were traveling on business found the presence of so many children irksome, and would have preferred a quieter environment. This was exacerbated by complaints of poor soundproofing.
negative:
It's looking a bit dated
Though guests found the hotel to be in generally good repair, they couldn't help but notice that the building and some features of the décor have a distinctly dated look, with a few guests noting that other Drury properties are typically held to a higher standard.
negative:
Some of the ammonites could be improved
A few guests felt that the in-room amenities were a step down from what they had expected. They had hoped for a full-sized refrigerator instead of the mini fridge in their room, and would have preferred real cups to the styrofoam and plastic cups in the room.
