Most guests commend the quality of the breakfast food and the unique happy hour offered by the hotel. Kids were able to enjoy the free coke and freshly made popcorn, while the adults were satisfied with the cocktails and light dinner served inclusive with the room price.

Guests were speak well of the high level of professional service that the employees have demonstrated. They went beyond the extra mile to meet the needs of the guests and offered quality service. Guests even expressed that the staffs were honest and dedicated individuals who made sure all emergencies or special request have been granted.

Due to the availability of both outdoor and indoor pool, most guests were extremely pleased and refreshed! There was also a hot tub provided so guests were able to enjoy a relaxing and exciting pool experience.

Guests complained about the presence of insects inside the rooms such as ants or bugs. They were irritated for waking up having insect bites within different parts of their body. According to most guests, it was possible that the hotel’s pet friendly room policy was the main cause of having these insects within the rooms.

Due to the loud barking of dogs and traffic noise especially during the night, most guests were very upset. The constant noises were heard even at the highest floor rooms!

Guests were uncomfortable with the foul odor inside the rooms. There was a smell of cigarette smoke, which lingered despite cleaning efforts and spraying air fresheners. Moreover, there was a strong odor that was probably due to the chemicals used for cleaning.
