They didn't have far to walk, and there was no need to take an expensive taxi. Guests also liked the location because it was close to a night markets, and the amenities and attractions of Mong Kok.

Many rooms have no windows
This is a fairly common complaint. It seems by far the majority of bedrooms don't have any windows. This had guests feeling a bit claustrophobic, and furthermore, they say that it caused poor air circulation and problems with damp.
negative:
Very small bathrooms
There were many comments about the smallness of the bathrooms. Guests were typically happy with the size of the room, but to many the bathroom was uncomfortably small and made them feel a bit claustrophobic.
negative:
Poor sound insulation
While not an extremely common complaint, there were a number of guests who said they could hear noise from adjacent rooms, and especially from the hallway outside. Light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs.
