Guests were pleased with their rooms, especially the comfortable beds, and were impressed with the hotel’s many available amenities. The fitness room, guest laundry area, and the small snack shop were very useful.
The hotel is conveniently located for travelers on the go, with easy access to the freeways, a few miles from the San Bernardino Amtrak Train Station, and 20 miles from the Los Angeles/Ontario Airport.
Guests really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, offering both buffet and a la carte options, each with an excellent selection, tasty dishes, and plenty of healthy options. The onsite restaurant and bar also get plenty of compliments. Guests especially enjoyed the happy hour where you can sample some excellent drinks and appetizers.
The air conditioning unit in the rooms is reportedly annoyingly noisy. Guests also noted that despite temperature adjustments, the fan never really turns off completely.
Housekeeping staff could improve their attention to detail. Guests say the quality of cleaning between two occupants isn’t the best, and items left over from the previous guests were found on many occasions.
Guests unfortunately had to deal with various booking errors and poor hotel organization. Despite arriving after check-in time, guests were repeatedly told that their rooms weren’t ready. In addition, when problems came up, guests said the staff weren’t very eager to resolve them.
