Meanwhile, guests are particularly fond of the covered walkway that crosses the Grand River and connects the hotel to the Lansing Center.

The majority of guests enjoy a good night's sleep at the hotel thanks to comfortable beds.  That being said, some guests are less keen on the pillows provided, reporting that they can be thin and uncomfortable.

Guests can take advantage of valet parking at the hotel but those that do are not always impressed with the service or price. Daily parking fees are said to be on the expensive side, while several guests have reported long waits for vehicles to be retrieved.
