The buffet served each morning at Crowne Plaza Columbus is a perfect way to start a busy day.  There is a lot of variety when it comes to the items available and everything is delicious, well-prepared and fresh.

Guests reported that the parking area is spacious with lots of spaces which makes it easy and safe to park your car.

The indoor swimming pool is quite large and guests reported that the water is clean and the area surrounding it is constantly being maintained by staff.

Getting a good night's sleep at Crowne Plaza Columbus is near impossible with all the noise coming from the street and parking area and loud guests running in the corridors, slamming doors and talking loudly.  Also reported was a loud heating system.

Guests reported that the beds are quite uncomfortable in the rooms and the bathrooms are very small. Also reported was mold on the walls and in the showers, dated decor and furnishings and very thin blankets.

Guests reported that the hallways, common areas, stairwells and exterior of the hotel are not well-lit and this gives the whole place a dreary atmosphere not to mention how unsafe it feels outside at night.
