This has been an ideal service to lots of happy guests who say they come back time and time again for this reason.

The hotel is very conveniently located near shops, bars and restaurants as well as the convention center. Those who would prefer to walk can easily get to places nearby without the use of a car. Reviews highly recommend the hotel.

Porters steakhouse restaurant offers meals through the whole day as well as breakfast which can be added on to the stay. Those who have dined here have been very pleased with the staff who are very welcoming and courteous and have been attentive every time a meal has been booked.

The maid service has been mentioned a few times throughout the reviews as they unfortunately arrive very early, sometimes 7.30-8am. For those guests staying to relax, this has not been an ideal situation and they have complained to reception about it.

There are numerous comments explaining about bug issues in the bathrooms, on bedside tables, kitchen areas and more. Ants seem to be the one mentioned the most and visitors to the hotel have been unhappy with this issue and have sometimes even asked for room changes.

The hotel is a Hilton and most have expressed their disappointment with the cleanliness and quality of carpets and decor for the price paid. Some have mentioned wallpaper peeling, food stains on carpets in the room and fingerprints on the walls.
