The indoor pool at Wyndham Boston Chelsea comes highly recommended as does the hot tub. In the summer there's also a patio area that's perfect for a spot of sunbathing and relaxation. Guests have commented that these facilities enhanced their experience at the hotel.
Guests were pleased to report that their rooms were clean and comfortable, so you shouldn't have any problems on this front during your stay. The beds are soft and comfy and generally give a good night's sleep.
The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel proves to be very useful. If you have an early flight from Logan International Airport, you will be able to catch the shuttle bus as early as 4.00 am to take you there. The service runs until midnight and also provides links to the main railway station and tourist attractions within a two-mile radius of the hotel.
For some guests the location of Wyndham Boston Chelsea is not ideal. Although it is well connected to the airport via the shuttle bus, it is a fair distance away from some of the main sights.
It seems there is very little to do in the vicinity of the hotel. This isn't particularly problematic if guests are happy to stay in the hotel and use facilities there or take the shuttle bus into the town centre. A few guests commented that they wouldn't be keen to walk around the area at night.
It came as a disappointment to some guests that breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room. Nevertheless, those that chose to pay for breakfast seemed happy with the food on offer.
