Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Bend (Bend, USA)

This was perhaps the aspect of the hotel that guests most appreciated during their stay. They described Bend as a charming town, and were happy that their hotel was right at its very heart, making all of the attractions and amenities easy to access.

The majority of recent guests clearly felt that housekeeping were doing a terrific job. They mentioned that both their rooms and the public areas of the hotel were very clean when the checked in and tended to remain that way during the course of their stay.

You’d have to look very hard indeed to find a bad word written about the hotel’s staff. On the contrary, they were one of the first things many guests brought up in their reviews, with most saying that they were very friendly and also helpful when that was called for.

Quite a number of guests who had booked one of the family suites where not impressed to find that they contained one separate bedroom with additional beds in the living area. Based on the hotel’s marketing materials, they had been expecting two separate bedrooms.

Guests were not too happy that the breakfast served at the hotel was not complimentary. The feeling seemed to be that other hotels in this category supplied at least a simple continental breakfast free of charge and guests were unhappy that this one did not.

A bit too many guests for comfort complained that they couldn’t access the hotel’s Wi-Fi at times. It seems that it could be a little unreliable, leaving some guests who urgently needed connectivity in the lurch.
