Hotel Doubletree By Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody (Atlanta, USA)

Staff at this hotel have received wonderful reviews boasting their friendliness and professionalism in respect of their job. Very seldom was a bad word spoken about the check in process and, more often than not, guests have been very pleased with how approachable and friendly staff have been.

Guests have been pleased with not only the spacious and clean rooms but also the amenities offered. Hotel management have gone out of their way to provide quality features in guest rooms that have made all the difference in creating a lovely room environment.

This hotel has received fantastic reviews regarding its location. This hotel is less than a mile away from the MARTA Rail Station that travels to a host of tourist attractions making transport arrangements one less thing to worry about.

This may be the case with only certain booking processes (i.e. booking through external hotel agencies) but once a reservation has been made, guests have been dissatisfied that cancelation or alteration does not render guests able to claim a refund. Even after not being able to stay at the hotel during the time booked, guests have not been given a refund.

Guest rooms have been boasted about extensively. However, the bathrooms have not received the same comments. Baths were said to have stains on them, the showers would not drain properly and the bathroom smelt bad in general.

Very inconsistent cleaning hours by housekeeping have not been appreciated by guests at this hotel. There was no set time that housekeeping would arrive and some reviews have suggested that on some days, housekeeping would not even come.
