Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Northeast/Northlake (Tucker, USA)

The on-site restaurant got rave reviews across a number of comments with some remarking that Marlow restaurant was a great spot to relax, grab a bite to eat and have a drink with friends.

The staff at the hotel rated very highly amongst previous travelers with some writing in their reviews that they appreciated the professional and friendly service, with others commenting that they were made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel.

A number of guests commented in their reviews that the hotel was very conveniently located to take a rest before their onward journey with many saying the it was in a good location to bypass the city and jump on the I-285 with ease.

A number of previous guests were disappointed that basic amenities did not work or were broken during their stay such as sliding doors and or coffee machines that did not work.  Some guests suggested in their reviews that they expected better from the Doubletree brand.

Some guest reviewers commented that the bathrooms in their rooms needed a  thorough deep clean with a build up of soap scum and mold evident.  Some guests also had the unfortunate experience of finding evidence of previous guests in their rooms, which had not been adequately cleaned by housekeeping staff.

Some reviewers commented that the hotel was very shabby and that the furniture and the soft furnishings were very old and tatty.  Reviewers suggested that with a few upgrades and modern decorative touches the hotel would be a much more comfortable experience.
