Every staff member at Don Hall's Guesthouse & Convention Center demonstrates wonderful customer service! They're polite, witty, friendly, attentive, and a great source for getting to know what to do and see in the area. From checking in to encountering pool, restaurant, and housekeeping staff, you wish every place you stayed had such great personnel.

The rooms are quaint and unique, and add a little extra pizazz to typical hotel accommodations. There's ample space for everyone to feel comfortable, and the strong attention to cleaning is evident. The hotel's common areas are just as lovely, creating a nice ambience all around.

This is a terrific option for business travelers, since the accommodations are budget-friendly, the setting is safe and cozy, and there's expansive space and amenities to work on projects. It's easy to relax either onsite, or by visiting one of the nearby hotspots, and the food gets decent reviews.

Whether it's from guests disregarding the rules, or that strong of a carryover from other rooms, non-smoking areas still bear off-putting odors. Guests sensitive to the smells still detect it, so something isn't right.

The inn picks up a lot of outside noise, as well as noise from other guests, staff, and when live entertainment is onsite. If you're a sensitive sleeper, use ear plugs, or put on some kind of white noise.

Age and overuse have taken their toll on the rooms, so fun as they may be, they're not as vibrant or fresh as expected. Guests want to see better attention to details and more TLC to reflect the décor and appeal.
