If you enjoy being close to all the action, you will appreciate that this hotel is near the city centre. Guests have said they enjoyed being in such close proximity to the metro station, cafes, shops and restaurants.

In general, people said they felt their rooms were clean. A few visitors also said that they felt the cost of a night's stay was a good deal given the high-end location the hotel is situated in.

Though not everyone may be in agreement, a number of guests said they found staff members - especially management - helpful and willing to assist with any issues that arose during their stays. You will most likely receive good customer service

There were a number of complaints about excessive noise levels. People mentioned loud noises coming in from the streets as well as random sounds inside the hotel. You may want to bring some ear plugs just in case.

There were several negative remarks about the quality of the mattresses on the beds. People also did not like that the mattresses were covered in plastic, which was also noisy when trying to sleep.

There were some remarks about breakfast being hit or miss. Several people said they did not enjoy the fare that was offered. It was also mentioned that the rooms were a little too small and did not always have enough light.
