Despite a few disappointments here and there, the overall consensus from guests is that the accommodation here is clean and comfortable and generally of a good standard. The park's own accommodation units are reasonably well equipped and those guests who camped appreciated the amenities blocks.

Typically, guests have been pleased with the selection of facilities available on this holiday park. The amenities are found to be of a good overall standard and there is plenty for all ages to enjoy.

Guests have found the location of this park appealing, particularly due to the proximity to Charlton Esplanade as well as shopping and dining in the area. Guests have also noted the reasonable distance to Urangan Pier and the ease of access to Fraser Island.

While rating the standards here reasonably highly, guests have noted that the general appearance of the park is starting to feel dated. This and the fact that the park has lost its status as a BIG4 park could indicate that maintenance is slipping.

Guests note that the games room for children could be better maintained. It is apparently starting to look a little tired. Also, guests feel that there could be more activities for younger children.

The Wi-Fi here hasn't particularly impressed guests. Although park-wide free Wi-Fi is advertised, guests have encountered difficulties when trying to get online and subsequently found the connection is slow.
