Hotel Discovery Beach Resort, A Vri Resort (Cocoa Beach, USA)

Previous guests loved the high-class quality rooms that offer fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean! The rooms were perfect for large groups of people and offered fully equipped units with dishwasher, oven, and all other kitchen amenities. They were immaculately clean, well maintained, and offered romantic view of the beach, which was also perfect for couples.

Aside from the helpful assistance, guests were also pleased with the staff's overall positive attitude where they treated guests as part of their family. They were highly accommodating and provided useful suggestions for guests to maximise their stay.

Guests were extremely satisfied with the swimming pool, hot tub and Jacuzzi provided on-site. The water was warm enough and crystal clean, which was enjoyed by the guests especially the kids who did not want to leave the pool area.

Due to the weak and unreliable Wi-Fi access provided at the resort, most guests were dismayed. The Wi-Fi kept dropping especially on specific gadgets or device and guests could not connect most of the time. Furthermore, guests had to spend more time at the lobby just to use the Wi-Fi since there was no access within the rooms.

Despite offering lunch and dinner, guests were still disappointed with the lack of available free or paid breakfast options each day. The on-site restaurant was not open during breakfast which was quite inconvenient for the guests.

Many guests were dissatisfied with the overall quality of the bathrooms. They were rusty, mouldy, and outdated. The bathtub area had a visible dirt ring already while the sink and shower area was also dirty and worn out.
