Hotel Diamond House (Bangkok, Thailand)

The rooftop terrace is found to be a very nice addition to the hotel as guests had a hot tub to relax in and there were panoramic views of the city. It was a place where guests could take time as they wished and be at ease.

The hotel is close to khoa San road and other touristic spots, most within a close walking distance. The public transportation stops and various eateries and shops are also nearby.

Some guests thought it was difficult to communicate with the staff members who seemed uninterested in actively helping their guests. They also thought their English skills were not good at all which only heightened the problem.

The amenities offered to guests were thought to be limited and not worth the price paid for. They found certain facilities like air-conditioning to be very old and barely working, small and dark rooms and no free breakfast.

There were some guests who woke up with sore backs due to the hard and stiff mattresses on the beds. They would have liked to have softer options. They felt the beds were not of very good or decent quality.

Some guests were perplexed as to why the lift was not on the ground floor but actually was on the third floor. They thought the lift setting was odd and recommend guests to look elsewhere if they need a lift. Some found the lift was not working at all, so these guests recommend a ground floor room.
