If you are visiting the Breckenridge area, you will have an ideal location while staying at this facility. It's close to shops and restaurants and directly off the main street. You can basically walk to everything, so there's no need to move your vehicle after you park it.
You are pretty much guaranteed a great view from your condo balcony. Views of the mountains, people strolling by, and the river, all create a tranquil ambiance.
The underground parking is a great convenience. Moreover, your vehicle is secure and parking area is heated.
The interior of the facility may be a bit disappointing. For instance, you might find a grimy interior with oldish furnishings. The facility has the appearance of a property that was probably nice decades ago, but hasn't been upgraded in ages. To boot, there is no air conditioning and leaving the windows open is negligible, as there are no screens on them. The open windows allow more noise and smells from the Mexican restaurant downstairs, which can be overpowering even with the windows closed!
You have to go to another location to pick-up and drop-off the key for your accommodations. It may be a necessary measure, but it's bothersome nonetheless.
