Hotel Del Borgo (Bologna, Italy)

The breakfast is thought to be a nice treat by most of the guests who tried it, citing that the options available were more than enough to satisfy most people. There was cheeses, hams, eggs and breads, as well as hot beverages such as coffee in a variety of option.

Although the hotel is a bit far off from the central area, there are bus stops near the hotel to transport to the centre or airport. Many guests were able to head to various places for business or pleasure. The Ducati Museum is also walking distance.

The staff members are said to be friendly and courteous by most guests who stayed there. Staff members answered guest questions and they smiled at guests, making them feel at ease.

Some guests were annoyed by the fact that the Wi-Fi was not working and that there seemed to be little interest to have it working well. If it did work it was slow and unreliable. Most guests thought this service should be provided like a basic amenity such as electricity, and if not do not advertise it.

There were some guests who thought the room smells were a bit off as soon as they entered. Some could not pin point the smell but it did not feel fresh. The smells were a bit bothersome for these guests.

Some guests felt the noises throughout the day and night that could be heard by their next door neighbours was too clear. The sound was not reduced by the walls and it was disruptive.
