This is a great location
Guests seem to come back each year because of the well-positioned location the hotel has to offer. Gaya Street is just a few minutes' walk, and if you need a bank, that's in the vicinity too. Guests will find an array of excellent restaurants, as well as attractions within a couple of blocks.
positive:
Tons of places to eat
The night market is right next door to the hotel, and offers an excellent choice of unique and interesting eateries. Guests have commented that there is something mouth-watering for everyone's taste.
positive:
Fits the budget
If you are watching the budget, then this accommodation should do quite well. Guests appreciated the economically priced rooms, and felt they got reasonable value for their money. The bus service is within a few steps, and there are many tourist attractions close by.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are a bit small
Most guests who stayed as a couple, and larger families felt the room size was not adequate enough for more than one guest at a time. The space was tiny, and guests complained there was no space to store the empty suitcases.
negative:
Staff disappointed
Guests found the staff to be a little unfriendly, and not all that invested in their work, or in trying to improve the vacation experience for their guests. Hospitality could do with some work on the part of management.
negative:
Awkward parking situation
There is a market right in front of the hotel, so guests were not able to park as close as they would have liked. The parking spots are utilised by visitors coming to browse, and guests ended up having to park further down the road, with the result that they had to endure quite a walk back to the hotel.
