Convenient location.
Guests liked the fact that they could walk over to the mal across the street with its many stores and restaurants. Several guests found it to be a wonderfully convenient hotel when attending an event at the Daytona International Speedway, since you can walk there in less than ten minutes, and those arriving by plane appreciated the short drive from the airport, which is only a mile away.

Basic, affordable accommodations
The hotel rooms may be basic but guests pointed out that they possessed everything you might need and therefore provided good value for your money. The beds were stated to be quite comfortable, the air-conditioning units are capable of significantly cooling the rooms, and the kitchens were very much appreciated since you will save money by being able to cook your own meals.

Rooms could use some renovating
Guests noted that the rooms appear a bit outdated with broken or malfunctioning items like lights, the TV, locks and the fridge turning a comfortable stay into a bit of a hassle due to the necessity of contacting maintenance. They also noted that the comforters, curtains and flooring should be replaced with more modern, clean ones, and some of the rooms were reported to have a permanent smell of smoke.
