Many guests have raved about the location of this property, as it is close to Collingwood's downtown core and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Guests appreciated being able to leave their cars at the hotel while walking to enjoy the town.

Guests have been happy with the cleanliness of the property, as they have found the rooms to be pleasant and well cared for. This helped guests to get settled in upon arriving at the hotel, as they did not have to worry about their rooms being messy or unclean.

A number of guests have complimented the customer service staff at this hotel, saying that they are friendly and always willing to please. Guests have felt as though they could ask the staff about the local area or to help them sort out an issue and that their requests would be taken care of quickly.

Numerous guests have mentioned that the room in which breakfast is served is very small and the tables fill up very fast. As a result, many guests did not have anywhere to sit while eating breakfast and, instead, simply took their food up to their rooms to eat.

There have been complaints that many of the rooms at this hotel don't have mini-fridges. Guests would have preferred to have this option available in every room, as it left some guests without use of a fridge throughout their stays.

Past guests have reported that the air conditioning at this hotel cannot be adjusted from inside the rooms. As a result, guests could not turn the units on or off themselves and could only set the room temperature.
