Hotel Days Inn Ogden (Ogden, USA)

There was no doubt that it was the hotel’s large indoor pool that was guest’s favorite feature. Many mentioned that it was particularly impressing, and was in fact the reason many guests booked here in the first place.

Guests felt that the hotel was located in Ogden. While not right in the very center, it was nit far away. Guests said that it was a relatively short and simple drive to get to the center, including the impressive Mormon Temple.

Guests tended to agree that the staff were a credit to the hotel. They were said to be very friendly and welcoming, and more than wiling to take the time to help out their guests when approached with a question or concern.

A number of guests remarked that the pictures of the hotel in its marketing materials were a bit misleading. They claim that the hotel is now much older than the photos suggest and is certainly showing its age in faded fabrics, dings scratches and general wear and tear. Guests felt that it was time for another renovation, or at least a thorough refresh.

An extraordinary number of guests reported having trouble sleeping. While noise from adjacent rooms was also said to be a problem, the main culprit seemed to be inconsiderate guests, who made a lot of noise in the hallways. It does not seem that the doors offer much by way of soundproofing.

Guests did not really get off to a good start in the morning. They mentioned that the breakfast offered was too basic for their tastes and that even what was available was not replenished fast enough to meet demand.
