Hotel Days Inn by Wyndham Trois-Rivieres (Trois-Rivières, Canada)

Whilst this hotel is a little dated, guests are still amazed at how clean the whole place is! From the lobby to the hallway and rooms, everything is well kept. Rooms are nicely done with comfy beds and pillow as well as fresh sheets and towels.

Clean, comfortable beds are what made the guests truly impressed! They said the bed is the redeeming value of the whole trip and is probably one of the comfiest beds there is. The great sleep experienced by guests was really a good value for the price.

After a nice relaxing sleep, guests were delighted to wake up to a great and plentiful breakfast. They served a decent selection of continental breakfast with coffee and hot chocolate. Fruits were also available.

Guests complained about the crowded breakfast room. They said it was too small and getting a seat was very difficult, as they needed to line up first. A number of guests noted that they were so hungry before they can even save a seat.

The hotel had clean rooms but guests were disgusted by the smell of those rooms. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and there were traces of cigarettes inside. Yes, it was a clean room but the smell was really irritating especially to those who did not smoke.

Most of the guests were slightly dissatisfied because some of the basic amenities of a hotel were missing. They said it would have been nice if there were microwave or fridge inside the room. Also, more outlets for charging electronics would be a plus. A lift would also be helpful in carrying luggage to higher floors.
