Guests clearly liked the location of the hotel. Many seemed to be through travelers on long road trips, and found the location right off the interstate perfect for their needs.

Guests clearly loved having these two amenities, saying that it made their stay that much more comfortable. They allowed them to prepare all their favorite drinks and snacks right in the comfort of their room.

Though guests did not directly bring up the question of value for money, several said that the room rates here were some of the lowest in the area. They felt that the hotel was a good option for people looking to get a cheap roof over their head.

This was perhaps the most common complaint guests had. They felt that, despite the low room rates, that the décor was simply too old. They reckoned that the low rates did not compensate and that the hotel would need a full renovation in order to remain competitive.

Guests did not think much of the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel. They found that it lacked the sort of variety that would have generated some enthusiasm, and was no more than a basic refueling exercise.

A surprising number of guests experienced problems with their key cards. The basic problem was that they simply stopped working, requiring them to be reprogrammed by reception staff. Of course this caused frustration and annoyance all round.
