Guests were satisfied with the warm welcome and efficient service the hotel employees provided. They were very friendly and made the guests feel at home. From check-in to check-out process, they were quick to provide assistance and resolved any issues.

Most guests admired the hotel’s close proximity to almost everything such as highways, airports, and the city of Ann Arbor. The location is perfect and offers easy access to major establishments and popular tourists’ destination in Livonia-Detroit area.

The quality of the mattress is great for it offers extreme comfort according to most guests! The beds are simple and basic yet inviting and satisfying. As a result, guests were able to get a decent sleep especially during the night.

Most guests are displeased with the foul and musty odor from all over the premises. As soon as they jumped out of the elevator, they can smell the nasty odor coming from the dirty carpets. The hallway is also surrounded by constant smell of smoke, and there’s a distinct smell coming from illegal activities despite the use of air fresheners.

Guests were surprised with the poor quality of the rooms, which was disappointing due to the filthy atmosphere. Most of the things inside the room were broken such as lamps, mirrors, power outlets, light bulbs, smoke detectors, and other bathroom amenities such as bathroom holders. Moreover, the walls, floors and the whole establishment need some serious refurbishment.

The loud noise coming from the air-conditioning system, water heater, and elevators made the guests very upset. In addition, loud coughing and irritating discussion from people from the other rooms were also noted by previous guests.
