Hotel Days Inn by Wyndham in San Bernardino (San Bernardino, USA)

Service is friendly, warm and expedient. Repeat visitors cite the service provided by the family owners, especially the manager, Sunny for coming back to the Days Inn. Although they said the inn and the room needs work, they said the manager was very professional and tried to work with guests.

The hotel is cheap and a bit older but has efficient customer service. It has the basic necessities you want in a more affordable inn. Several guests commented that it’s good value for your money as long as you understand what you’re in for.

The Days Inn is located near San Bernardino casinos, local restaurants, the downtown area as well as the freeway connecting it to the other parts of Southern California.

Several guests reported feeling unsafe in the area around the neighborhood. They said the area seemed a little sketchy with police sirens going off and people pounding on the doors. They also noted that the TV remote is handed to you during check-in to prevent petty theft and that there’s bulletproof glass.

Guests were not impressed that the hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, even in the non-smoking rooms. They said the stench permeated the bed, linens and carpet.

Guests said the housekeeping seemed inattentive with hair left in the drain and stains left on the bed sheets. They said that there were holes in the linens and some even reported bedbugs in the mattresses.
