Ideal setting in Easton & near St. Michaels
Due to its close proximity to St. Michaels, most guests were able to enjoy traveling within the area. It is close to almost everything such as restaurants and other major establishments in Easton. Therefore, the hotel was well-suited for guests who were on a business trip within Easton region.

Amazing staff renders quality assistance
Most guests appreciated the quality assistance of the staff especially the front desk personnel. They were extremely accommodating and were always suggesting good places to eat and visit within the area. They were also very apologetic for the on-going construction within the hotel, which was very much appreciated by the guests.

Since the hotel is undergoing some renovation, most guests loved the newly redecorated rooms that are very clean and elegant. They admired the design and furnishing, which were in perfect condition, and have made the guests enjoy their overall stay.

Hard mattresses and poorly maintained linens
Most guests had some issues with the quality of the mattresses! They were quite dirty due to the large stains that were visible according to most guests. The sheets and linens were also poorly maintained, while the beds were uncomfortable to use and have cause some backaches.

Guests were disappointed with the poor choices of breakfast! Selection was limited and lacked some important food options such as meat. There was also no decaffeinated coffee available and the breakfast spread was normally gone by 8a.m. Thus, guests can check out Ocean’s Restaurant nearby.

According to previous guests, there were molds on the bathtub, floor, and walls. There were also no bathroom support rails available. Moreover, some guests had issues with the unstable water heating system.
