The hotel enjoys a very handy location close to many different restaurants such as Five Guys, KFC, Burger King and McDonalds and is right next to a Walmart Supercenter. Just across the way there is also a retail park with a number of stores and a cinema and everything is within very easy walking distance.

Having staff who try to see to all of your needs and requests always makes your stay more enjoyable and the staff here do just that to ensure that you feel comfortable and welcomed including switching rooms, giving advice on the best places to eat out in the area, or just generally having a friendly smile for you.

The complimentary breakfast offered has a really good selection of different foods available so you should find something to your liking. There is a continental selection featuring bagels, pastries, fresh fruit and cereals or you could also have hot food with oatmeal, omelette, sausage or make your own waffles. Hot drinks including herbal teas are available along with juices.

In some areas of the hotel there is a stale, musty smell which can be quite unpleasant at times and this is particularly prevalent in bathrooms where there is also mold on walls and ceilings.

Throughout the hotel there are maintenance issues with leaking toilets, faulty air conditioning units, broken heaters and showers not draining amongst other things. The general appearance is looking very worn and tired and could do with a compete refurbishment.

As the hotel is located just off a fairly busy highway you could be disturbed at night if you are a light sleeper so it is advisable to request a room at the other side of the property.
