There is a wide selection of food offered for breakfast with lots of different cereals available, fresh fruit, pastries, hot drinks and juices. Staff will even make you waffles to order with a choice of different flavors and the breakfast area is kept clean and food is replenished regularly by staff.

Should you have any special requests or should any issues arise then staff are always more than happy to try and fulfil requests or resolve issues. This includes providing extra recliners in rooms and just generally being nice and welcoming throughout the hotel. .

The hotel allows you to bring your dogs along with you and there is ample space for them in rooms and plenty of outside space for them to get out and stretch their legs. Previous guests were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary dog treats upon arrival. .

Some guests have reported that there are unpleasant odors in some rooms with a damp, moldy smell coming from bathrooms.

Unfortunately some guests have found that after their stay extra charges were placed on their bank cards when these were not authorized. These include extra pet charges when they had already paid or charges for missing towels which, according to guests, were never there in the first place.

Although this will be seen as a positive by many guests the hotel has a no smoking policy in rooms and throughout the whole building with explicit signs around reminding guests. .
