The staff at this property is very friendly and helpful, which has improved the stays of countless guests. The front desk staff, in particular, goes out of its way to ensure that guests have everything that they need and that they are taken care of for the entire time that they are at the hotel.

Many guests have said that this is a very clean hotel. The housekeeping staff works hard to ensure the rooms are properly cleaned and guests have found most items in their room to be in good shape upon arrival.

Numerous guests have liked the location of hotel. The property is located right along Interstate 25 and is close to Interstate 40, as well. As a result, this is an ideal location for those travelling to downtown Albuquerque or any other location in the area.

The breakfast at this property is said to be very basic and not very good. For the most part, guests have chosen to avoid the breakfast because it is made up of cheap items that aren't in very good condition.

There have been numerous complaints about the walls at this property being quite thin. As a result, guests could hear everything that was happening in neighbouring rooms at night, making it quite difficult to sleep. Guests have also complained about noise from the rooms over top of them.

Guests have mentioned that even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke at this property. These guests found this to be unacceptable, as they believed that it was false advertising.
