Positive Reviews
positive:
At the better end of the market.
The approach to the property is a bit alarming as it is through a bustling market with endless people asking if you ‘want a room for the night'. That sort of place! Upon arrival, though, things do change for the better and there's a warm welcome from very pleasant staff members.

A shot of sweet and sour.
The room is clean and it is serviced daily. Oh - and the cleaning staff are particularly great, thorough and personable. The room is, though, extremely small in relation to publicity shots.
positive:
A good location.
It's a good location and close to the railway station and to the Macau Ferry Terminal for China. The bus for the airport is handy too. A great location.

A bit up and down …
Step outside and you are constantly being hassled to buy this … or that. This initially appealing novelty wears off pretty quickly. The lift is far too small and you begin to wonder how much of your stay is going to be taken up just waiting for it. Feelings are hot and cold, really. The room is clean, but cold and smelly. Yuk! The hot water for the shower quickly runs cold. Then you have to wait for more hot water to filter through.
negative:
Not funny money.
There are elements of rudeness and aggression on the part of checkin staff. The main problem is that they want to charge you a figure that is greater than the advertised price which prompted you to book in the first place. Hold your ground!
negative:
Hairy stories.
Laundry is a worry with apparently new bedding covered in hairs. Get it replaced -grudgingly - and it's not much better. The room is clean enough, but not the bedding.
