The staff at Riad Dar Najat is very hospitable, attentive to needs and welcoming. From sorting transfer to restaurant recommendations, the staff is willing to extend every help possible. The excellence with which staff performs its duties shows how much does guest house care for its guests.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the old city, yet away from the hustle and bustle of city. Guests may go enjoy shopping in the market and souks at a walking distance or go sight-seeing at the tourist places located in close vicinity.

The rooftop terrace of Riad Dar Najat looks stunning at night and guests recommend having a good conversation with friends there. It is an ideal place to relax and have snacks and wine. The overall experience that the hotel provides makes the stay memorable for guests.

Though most of the guests loved the overall ambiance and facilities provided, a few felt that rooms and bathroom are rather small in size and could be made cleaner. A few also felt that the bed is a little hard and wardrobe space less. However, it doesn’t detract from the overall experience.

Some guests felt that Wi-Fi did not work properly in rooms, but worked well on terrace.
