Staff at this hotel are very friendly and will make you feel welcome when you arrive. They are really helpful, happy to assist with making reservations, giving directions and anything else you may need. Guests say that the staff are a real asset to the hotel.

Guests say they feel very safe in this area, police regularly being on patrol, so they are happy to walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby and it is only a short walk to a large shopping centre. Public transport is available on the main road by the hotel.

Rooms have been quite recently refurbished and guests say that they have everything they need. There is plenty of room, beds are comfortable and there are lovely rainfall showers with plenty of hot water. Guests like that they also have free Wi-Fi included in their rooms.

Guests are disappointed by the selection offered by the breakfast buffet at this hotel. They say that it is limited both in terms of number of items and the quantity and that, if you want to eat later, there may be nothing much left for you.

Guests noted that an optional insurance charge was added to the cost of their stay, however, they had not been asked on check-in if they wanted this or not. On checking out, you may have to wait while an employee goes to check your room for damage.

Some guests have reported problems with excessive noise during the evening and night time, with walls being described by some as being wafer thin. If you value you sleep, this is something to bear in mind.
