You can expect to have a good start to your day with the buffet breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Guests find that there is an excellent choice available and what they have is delicious. Breakfast is served for three hours, so there is no need to rush.

The hotel is located in a quiet area on a hill overlooking the city but within walking distance of Parque Lleras, the heart of nightlife in Medellin, which has a large choice of bars, clubs and restaurants. Guests say they are really no more than a five minute taxi ride from anywhere.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. They are happy to assist with anything you need, ordering taxis, arranging tours and making reservations. They have excellent local knowledge, recommending delicious restaurants to try and places you might like to visit.

The hotel seems to be in the process of renovating rooms as while some guests have a room which they say has been recently updated, others thought that their rooms looked a little bit run down and were in need of some attention.

Some guests had trouble finding the hotel, even by taxi or airport shuttle, as there is another hotel with a very similar name in the area which seems to be more well known. Guests say you need to be well prepared with the full address written down.

While many guests like the pool, some were unable to get any pool towels to use and it was not always as clean as some guests would have liked. However, the poolside terrace is a popular spot to relax and enjoy a drink and the views.
