There is also an indoor storage with a washing machine.The most attractive place of villa thougt is its exterior. Two breathtaking view verandas, give you the opportunity to have your breakfast, dine and relax, watching the most beautiful sunset of the Aegean Sea. The house has got big windows and balcony doors all around. It is cool all day long, bacause of the almost constant land breeze that blows downhill to the sea or the sea breeze.Most the times, especially dyring the night, a jacket on your shoulder is necessary, when you enjoy the open-sky verandas. The villa is situated 8 kms/5 miles from the port of the island and 1 km above the northern entrance of Ioulida.Moreover, almost 1km away there is a mini market a bakery and a tavern.Both, the historical Saint Anna church and the monastery of Episkopi are near the villa and you can go there on foot. The villa is accessible only by car.The local public transportation is very limited, therefore a car is necessary, if you want to visit the whole island.The island has many beaches and the most famous of them are 15-25 minutes away from villa by car.
