Hotel Cuatro Naciones (Barcelona, Spain)

The hotel's location is found to be ideal for guests who wanted to explore the central area of Barcelona. It is close to various public transportation stops, as well as restaurants and shops. It is in La Ramblas area of the city, so guests were able to plan their day without much worry of distance.

Most guests enjoyed their stay in the hotel as they found it to be charming and reminded them of a traditional Spanish house. They felt at home and like the lounge area, the marble staircase and stain glass windows. They felt as if they were staying in a grand home in its best condition.

Many guests were happy with the welcoming reception they encountered. The area seemed to be always well staffed with someone and they were available for information and advice.

The rooms did not do a good job of reducing the noise level that was heard from outside, as some guests had trouble sleeping because of it. They found the metro vibrations and the noise from traffic and people to be too loud.

Some guests would have liked to have had tea and coffee makers in the rooms, as they felt this was a normal basic amenity of a room to have. They would have felt more comfortable making their own hot beverages in the morning.

Some guests felt the breakfast was poor and boring and complained they were not able to drink the coffee in particular. They felt the coffee to be undrinkable and had to drink tea instead.
