Of course it had to be the location of the apartments that most impressed guests during their stay. The building is right on the gorgeous white sands of Gulf Shore Beach and it’s fair to say that this was the main reason guests booked here. They mentioned enjoying the easy access to the long beach for walks and sunbathing.

It was mentioned that the apartments looked to be newly refurbished. The décor was modern and the furniture and fittings also fairly new. Guests definitely didn’t feel like they were in a tired rental apartment that was past its due date for a renovation.

Guests were impressed with the standard of cleanliness of the apartments on check-in, saying that they looked both neat and clean and that they could seem to find no fault in this department.

Guests mentioned that they checked in with the agents offsite and that there were no permanent staff members at the complex. Some didn’t like this since it meant they had to communicate their needs or questions via phone or email, something they found less than ideal.
