Families appreciate that there is plenty for children to do at Crown Resorts Club Mijas. They say the kid’s club entertainers are very good, involving the children in lots of games and that there are plenty of activities for them to do. This gives the adults time to relax and get a break (even if only for a few hours!).

Guests consistently say how good all of the staff are at Crown Resorts Club Mijas. They are reported as being very friendly and helpful, no matter what guests may need or whatever time they ask. It helps a great deal that reception is manned 24 hours a day.

Unlike at some apartments on the Costa del Sol, guests find that the apartments have what they need for their stay. They report the kitchenette to be well-equipped, in particular the fact that it comes with a washing machine, while the balcony furniture includes sun loungers.

A number of guests report that they are visited in their apartments by salespeople from the resort who want to sell them ‘points’ towards another visit. Many guests find this is intrusive, as they quite simply do not want salespeople bothering them while they are on their holidays.

While the apartments are provided with a fan, they do not have air conditioning installed. Some guests find this uncomfortable, especially when the summer heat takes a firm grip.

Some guests find that their apartment is accessible only via several sets of stairs. These stairways are noted to be on the steep side, proving difficult to negotiate for some, and so this may present a problem for guests with mobility issues.
