The staff at this Tuscaloosa hotel offer a high standard of service to guests. The reception staff, in particular, are found to offer an efficient service and seem happy to assist guests. Check-in runs smoothly and guests have felt able to approach the staff with any questions.

The quality of the rooms and suites at this hotel has satisfied previous guests, with many describing the accommodation as clean and reasonably spacious. Most guests have found the beds are comfortable and very few have encountered any problems with the Wi-Fi.
