The hotel is quite a nice reinvention of an authentic mill-style building, which blends very perfectly into the architecture of the town. Thus, most of the guests love the atmosphere that the property provides. All rooms reflect the beauty of the hotel, and guests admired the overall layout of each accommodation.

Guests appreciated the fact that Downtown Keene’s charming and quaint Main Street is only a few minutes of walk from the hotel. This street hosts a wide range of galleries, dining options, boutiques and historic homes- perfect for social networking photos!

Guests commented that the housekeeping service seems almost non-existent! The housekeepers come very late when guests request for them. Moreover, some guests even had to call for them several times.

A number of guests expressed their concern over the parking facility, deeming it inconvenient and unsafe. They commented that it is located in the industrial dead end of the street, and that there are suspicious locals hanging around the area.

Loud steps of other people from neighboring rooms are heard by guests because some rooms have wood floors. Meanwhile, other guests noted that they were able to hear the sound of TV from other rooms due to the thin wall structure of the rooms.
