Hotel Courtyard Kansas City at Briarcliff (Kansas City, USA)

Aside from the extremely elegant and immaculately clean rooms, most guests are pleased with the quality of the rooms. The room is big enough, has comfortable bedding, and well-equipped with microwave, mini-fridge, and other necessary equipment to help cater to the needs of the guests.

Most guests are impressed with the heated swimming pool, which has just the right temperature and offers a majestic view of the KC skyline. This feature was perfect for families especially for kids. Moreover, it was also large enough to do lap swimming for adults.

Guests speak well of the highly accessible location of the hotel! It is just a few miles from major establishments such as Kansas City Casino, The Village of Briarcliff, River Park, and airport. Moreover, restaurants and shopping malls are nearby yet the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing ambiance.

Guests were disappointed with the lack of free breakfast offered at the hotel. As a result, guests had to either go out and find the nearest restaurants within the area or just go directly to work.

Most guests have issues with the small size of the bathroom area, which is suited for solo travelers and not for couples or families. The shower room is made of see through glass instead of normal curtains. Furthermore, the shower area was too small so the water went to the other parts of the bathroom, which made the floor dirty.

Guests complained about the weak and unstable Wi-Fi offered within the hotel. Guests who had to do some paper work had some difficulty connecting to the Internet, browsing and downloading important files.
