Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Guests love the shower which offers great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds are comfy and cozy. There are plenty of outlets for powering up your electronic devices. There is a mirrored closet door directly behind the vanity/sink which guests say is great for ladies who would like to see the back of their hair while doing it.

If you're in a room with connecting doors, you're likely to hear every word of the conversations in the adjoining rooms. Even in rooms without connecting doors, if you're neighbors are extra noisy, you're likely to hear them. Gaps around the doors allow hallway noise though as well.

This hotel does not offer a free breakfast. An a la carte menu is available should you wish to order something. There isn't even free coffee in the lobby. Instead, you either have to make it in your room or pay for a cup to go in the lobby.

Guests say the pool is quite small. Also, the workout facility is small and only includes two treadmills and one elliptical machine, not much of a workout room if you ask guests.
