This hotel is in an excellent location, not far from Gerald R. Ford Airport, and with plenty of food, shopping, and gas stations close by. A free shuttle is available to and from the airport. A bus stop in nearby for easy access to downtown GR. This hotel is also convenient for visiting the Frederick Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park.

The staff at this hotel will greet you on arrival and bid you a fond farewell when you depart. They are courteous, attentive, and genuinely happy you are their guest. Staff are very engaging, and go out of their way to help with whatever you need. You'll also enjoy the quick check-in and check-out process.

Rooms have been updated to a modern style with lovely decor. These spacious rooms are well-equipped with amenities like a mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, and sitting area. You'll also appreciate the excellent water pressure and abundance of hot water for a relaxing shower.

Breakfast is not included in your room rate, and guests say the prices at the onsite Bistro are rather pricey. There is not even complimentary coffee in the lobby, which guests find strange considering many hotels offer that amenity.

Guests say you can hear other guests talking and laughing in the hallways. Also, walls seem to be a bit thin, so you're likely to hear noise from your neighbors, especially rooms that have a connecting door.

Guests are disappointed to find that the onsite hot tub is no longer, and has actually been filled in.
