This hotel in in a good location. It's a quick drive to the airports and downtown Chicago. It's also located near several malls, shops, and dozens of restaurants.

This choice is just what you would expect in a Courtyard hotel. It is clean throughout and the rooms are functional. There is ample work space and comfortable chairs. The pool and restaurant onsite make this a location great for business travelers.

In addition to standard features, there are a few other details that make this choice stand out. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to locations in the immediate area. For rooms facing the inside garden area, the views and balconies make for a pleasant and relaxing space.

This is an older hotel and retains older room layouts and furniture. The last refurbishment was several years ago and the whole place could do with a sprucing up.

There is no hot tub in the pool area and the hotel doesn't offer free breakfast services. The elevator and layout of the lobby is awkward and far from parking. You'll have to walk through the lobby every time you want to leave or visit your car. The side entrances just aren't convenient.

The walls between rooms are really thin and allow conversations from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Noise from the lobby and bar area can also be heard for those rooms nearest, which can get quite loud if busy. Parking lot noise from cars and horns can also be heard in rooms closest to that area.
