The staff members are said to be friendly and courteous by most guests. They were consistent in their friendly approach and manners. Staff would answer questions of the area and give recommendations in a pleasant manner.

Most guests were content with their rooms and the good state of their furnishings. The rooms were renovated and spacious. The furnishings were in good condition and very clean which was a nice thing.

Many guests were happy with the overall layout of the hotel and enjoyed having a quiet place to stay in. The courtyard with lovely furnishings and a fire pit was a nice amenity for guests who wanted to relax as if in their own backyard.

There were guests who were not happy with the daily rates of the hotel and felt it was too overpriced for what it offered. There were no free amenities that even motels offers in the country such as breakfast. The rooms were not charming and the pool was small.

Guests who were not here for business or to stay near the airport, felt the hotel was a miss when it came to its location. It is too far away from the downtown area and there is not much else nearby except the airport.

Many guests were disappointed that the hotel did not offer free breakfast to its guests but rather charged for a poor continental fare. There was not even free coffee or tea available. It was disappointing to find for the price this was not offered.
