Many guests appreciated the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area and away from the traffic. They were able to sleep comfortably, with no loud noises. It is important to be in a quiet area, yet close to the business points of most guests.

The hotel and the rooms were found to be very clean and nice by most guests who stayed here. They were impressed with the clean areas. They felt comfortable to stay in the hotel since the cleaning was promptly and thoroughly done.

The staff members are said to be professional and made their guests feel welcome during their stay. They greeted their guests nicely and were a determining factor in guests choosing to stay there. Some were mentioned by name and remembered nicely.

There were guests who had a difficult time finding the hotel from the highway, as there was no particular sign to signal the hotel. Most recommend to put some sort of sign to find the hotel quicker. The hotel is far away from the street.

Returning guests were a disappointed that the hotel brand has basically become the same thing. There is no free breakfast but a bistro. Returnees were not given the best rooms or upgrades, which is what they should do for members.

Guests were surprised the breakfast was not included in the rate and mentioned they are used to paying less and still receive a breakfast in the morning. The rate merits a free breakfast according to them and not the other way around.
