Guests at this Courtyard location had nothing but praise for the in-room standard of cleanliness here. Simply put, the squeaky clean units were very impressive, with most absolutely delighted by their tidy units.

The team at this property is extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to welcome and assist guests. From the front desk team right down to the maintenance staff, the vast majority of arrivals were incredibly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the team here. Guests also noted that the front desk team offer a super-fast check-in procedure, speeding newcomers on their way to a very pleasant stay.

Finally, many found the location of this property to be perfect and especially handy for quick access to I-77 and the heart of Columbia.

Judging by guest reviews, this property’s lobby has been under renovation for quite some time. Many were quite put-out at having to walk through a heavy construction zone upon to check-in, with the refurbishment works serving as a rather unglamorous backdrop for new arrivals.

It seems that the current refurbishment work is limited to this property’s lobby area only. Many were disappointed to find that the rooms in this hotel still have a dated, worn feel to them.

Many reported that mattresses here were oddly shaky and squeaky. For couples, this meant that any movement could result in less than a solid night’s rest.
