Upon checking into the hotel, guests reported that the staff was rude and unaccommodating for the guests' needs. When the guests asked to speak to the manager, they were given the run around and were unable to speak with the manager.

The hotel itself is simply not worth the cost of a night's stay. The rooms were dirty and the bathrooms somewhat gross. Breakfast was also disappointing. For the cost you can find much nicer hotels in the area.

Upon walking into the room on the second day, it was obvious that the cleaning staff does not take pride in their work. The room was not cleaned, beds were not made, and there were no clean towels. When the guests reported this to the front desk, the guest was told to bring their dirty towels down to the front desk and they would provide new ones.
